I could not put down The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. The book takes place in the future. Every year, "districts" send a boy and a girl between the ages of 12-18 to the "Hunger Games." Think Survivor, but instead of voting opponents off, the winner must kill their rivals. The last kid standing wins food (for her family and district,) fortune, and fame.
This book is a page turner. I am currently reading Catching Fire, the second in the trilogy. If you want a suspense-filled, action packed book, pick up The Hunger Games!
